Shankhpushpi is useful during times of anxiousness and mood changes.

Ayurvedic Practitioners believe shankhpushpi calms your nerves by regulating the body's production of these hormones. Individuals of dominant Vata Dosha, when under stress are inclined to react by feeling anxious. Pitta individuals are more likely to have changeable moods rather than anxiety. These characteristics are a natural part of their Doshas, they are exaggerated when out of balance.

Shankhapushpi pacifies all the three Doshas but specially the Vata and Pitta.

Suggested Use: 1-2g of the powder two times a day with meals.
