Kottamchukkadi Taila is a traditional ayurvedic oil revered for its ability to nurture the health and mobility of bones, joints, and muscles. It provides a warming and soothing effect helping release knots, tension, and stiffness in sore joints and tissues. Its gentle warmth encourages natural muscle function, promoting flexibility and mobility. It effectively balances Vata dosha, crucial for maintaining healthy joints and promoting flexibility in areas such as knees, neck, elbows, and ankles.
How to use : Gently warm Kottamchukkadi taila to a comfortable temperature to enhance its absorption and efficacy. Apply the warm oil to the affected areas liberally and massage gently in circular motions. Continue the massage for at least 15-20 minutes. Leave the oil on for a few hours allowing the active ingredients to penetrate deeply and provide maximum benefits. Wash it off with warm water and mild soap if required after use.
