Make a thin paste of Veg peel powder using toner. Apply all over face and neck. Gently massage for 3-4 minutes. Leave on for 10 minutes. Pour a few drops of toner on the skin through cotton swab dipped in the toner. Gently massage the skin with finger tips using upward and outward strokes for 2-3 minutes.
