Directions for Use:

Children – Under the direction of experienced Vaidyas.
Adults – 250 to 1000 mg max. per day in divided doses
When to take Shilajeet: Depending on the Dosha vitiation
Kapha Dosha - Empty stomach in the morning or before meals with lukewarm water Pitta Dosha – After meals with milk Vata Dosha – After or Between meals with Ghee
As a general tonic, Shilajeet Rasayana can be used for 2 to 4 weeks.
3-6 gm twice a day with warm milk
