Baidyanath Amritarishta

Amritarishta is a powerful blend of herbs designed to reduce fever, rejuvenate the body, and purify the blood. The principle ingredient Guduchi, or Tinnospora c., is extremely useful in strengthening the immune system and alleviating fever. It is known in Sanskrit as the one which protects the body. In Amrit, or nectar, it is coupled with a combination of ingredients that similarly purify the blood and reduce fever. In addition these ingredients include some aromatics which aid in the reception and distribution of the healing constituents. This is a powerful tonic for relieving fevers due to influenza and malaria, but also works as a general tonic with great benefit.

Ingredients: Tinnospora cordifolia, Cuminum cyminum, Piper nigrum, Piper longum, Cyperus rotundus, Mesua ferrea.
