Butter is then simmered at low heat, skimming all milk solids from the surface, then pouring and retaining the clear liquid vedic ghee while discarding the solid residue that has settled to the bottom to obtain best Quality pure cow ghee. Pure A2 Desi Cow Ghee is made from milk collected from free ranging grass-fed desi cows and has pleasant aroma and flavour.
