ARJUNA, a relative of the Triphala herbs is a special powerful Ayurvedic herb for all kinds of heart diseases. Arjuna is the bark of the Arjuna tree and is very closely related to those of the fruit found in the celebrated Triphala formulation. It is the most powerful heart tonic in Ayurvedic medicine and is the foundation of the treatment of all heart related conditions. Sharing the name of the celebrated hero of the Bhagavaad Gita, Arjuna is believed to give calm and courage to those who use it, both essential for a healthy heart. Arjuna has many effects which are beneficial for the heart and related functions of the body.
