Recipe:
Chawal Ki Roti:

Rice flour rotis are soft and yummy. They are good companion of fried fish, chicken curries and vegetable gravy.

• 6 rotis
• 1 cups rice flour (Chawal ka atta) Salt to taste
• 2 tablespoon oil Water for dough

• Boil one cup water in a vessel, add salt and 2 teaspoon oil in the boiling water. Now, set the flame to low and add rice flour to it. Mix it thoroughly and turn off the flame.
• Cover this dough and set aside for few minutes so that it becomes soft.
• Now remove this dough in a big bowl and knead the dough thoroughly. Allow the dough to ferment for 15 to 20 minutes by covering it.
• Make small balls from this dough. Apply dry rice flour on this ball and on a flat surface roll out the ball in circular directions to form a round shaped roti. Apply dry flour as and when required while doing this.
• Cook these roti’s from both the sides on a heated tawa till brown spots appear on it. Press it gently with spatula while cooking to make the chappati’s fluffy.
• Do the same with the remaining dough.
• Serve hot with vegetable gravy or fried fish.
