Ragi Pancakes:

Wholesome & delicious pancakes of ragi Ingredients:

• 6 pancakes
• 1 cup Ragi flour 1 tablespoon soya flour
• 1 teaspoon sesame seeds ˝ cup onions (finely chopped)
• 2 green chillies (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon grated ginger
• ˝ cup chopped coriander Salt to taste
• Oil for cooking

• Mix ragi flour and soya flour with all the ingredients except oil to make pancake batter.
• Heat a pan and grease it with little oil.
• Spread the mixed batter with a big spoon in an even layer to make a 5 inch round
• Turn and cook well from both the sides until it turns golden brown
• Repeat the steps to make more such pancakes with the prepared batter.
• Serve it with chutney.
