Recipe: Baked Beans on Toast Ingredients: - 1 cup Red Rajma
- Brown Sliced Bread
- Butter
- Ginger garlic paste
- Tomato sauce
- Soy sauce
- Salt, sugar & cheese
Method: Boil red rajma. In a pan, heat 1 tbsp of butter. Add ginger garlic past, tomato sauce and soy sauce and sauté over medium heat. Add boiled rajma, sugar, salt and cook for 10min. Toast both sides of bread slices. Spread a little cooked rajma gravy on toast and garnish with grated cheese. Serve hot. |
