Order confirmation
As soon as an order is authorized for payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. This confirmation will indicate your order number that you can refer afterwards for checking the status.
Delivery time
Total Delivery Time = Time to Process Order + Time in Transit.
All Orders below US $50 value are shipped via regular airmail which normally takes 7-14 business days in delivery.
All Orders above US $50 value are shipped via express airmail (with track and trace service) which normally takes 5-7 business days in delivery.
Processing time for all orders is 1-2 days.
Once we've packaged your order and ship it out, we'll send you another email to let you know that it's on its way. We will also let you know the tracking number (so you can check the delivery status of your package online) if your order has been shipped via express airmail.
To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery of orders, please make sure to include the COMPLETE delivery address with the correct PIN/ZIP CODE. We will not be responsible for any postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings.
For security reasons a signature is required to acknowledge receipt. If you know that there will be no one available to sign for your delivery, it may be best to supply an alternative address for delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery.
Shipping Charges
It is our endeavor to make shipping charges as reasonable as possible. The shipping charges are dependent on the volume-weight of the product as well as the country where it has to be dispatched. So when more than one item is ordered we ship them in one package to keep shipping cost under control. The shipping charges include the cost of shipping, handling and packaging with delivery at your doorstep.
Our website has an automated system of calculating the shipping charges depending on the order size and ship to location. You will see exact shipping charges "before" you checkout.
